Stay away. Stay as far away as you can. Do you know what you'll get here if you're good at what you do? A target over your head. Everybody will see you as a threat (which is not far from the truth considering the quality of management here) and will work very hard to keep you right where you are while at the same time stealing your ideas and taking credit for your work. Nobody needs that in their lives.

100%. I’ve had leaders at Nike take credit for other team’s work and pass it off as their own and also blatantly exclude individuals from meetings or fail to share information to show their “power”.
