The leaders at Cenovus have failed us!! Plain and simple.. A complete reorg is required to bring back moral and job security!!
I agree, the coordinators are nothing but a bunch of incompetent backstabbing liars. They don’t care about people just their next bonus and how to get rid of anyone who questions them
Hopefully management at Christina Lake is reduced. Especially the field managers, the useless coordinators and specialists.
