Manager with mood swings

Do you have one too? I absolutely can't stand it anymore. I can't believe that the man who was given that role fails to control his emotions and is so immature.
This is what it looks like in practice: a thing that used to be OK, you get criticism for next time. Sometimes you will feel like he even respects you, and next time you will be deeply disappointed.

My store got a new store manager about 3 months ago and he definitely has mood swings and issues. He literally told one of cart associates today to sweep the front entrance of the building outside while it was down pouring and said to sweep away the rain puddles. We have lost a good chunk of associates due to the new GM.

hahaha...unfortunately that is the "Way" at Sams. Of course some managers are far more like this than others. We have a 40 something manager who is in reality a 13 year old. His form of a tantrum is to put so many skids on the drop list that the four merchandisers there that morning can not possibly get them done. And...then when they are not done he proceeds to belittle you and demand answers as to why something he had dropped that did not need stocked did in fact not get stocked but was put back in the steel. This impossible list he creates is often started half way through the morning forklift period when the drivers are stocking and not noticing the growing list. Giving a petulant 13 year old power over people is a very bad thing to do.
