How much better are the main competitors now?
Unfortunately, it seems to me that competitors are outpacing Fiserv more and more. Some of my former colleagues even joined the competition.

Benefits and pay are better at the "big green Fintech company". Healthcare is $$$$ cheaper per year and industry-standard 401k matching.
They didnt strip benefits during the pandemic.
They are cool with WFH.
No external CEO trying to take over.
And they are hiring.
