In fact, I don’t know if there was ever a place that gave someone a job fulfillment? I don’t understand people who expect fulfillment here today and are disappointed when they don’t get it.
And yet, once upon a time this was a place that gave a lot more motivation for hard work and engagement. And now, now it is the place where people count down minutes until it's time to finish workday, unfortunately.

No one is being shown the door , some lucky individuals got paid 2 years pay plus access to healthcare to retire. I can only hope at 57 I’m so lucky to be shown the door like this.
Seeing good people be shown the door due to age and replaced by people who don't know what they're doing ki--s morale.
