I hope neither do you? I used to worry about whether I would be the target for cuts. Now that the cuts are around the corner, I am no longer anxious at all.
Moreover, I think it was definitely time to change the company because it has become too boring and demotivating here.
Now it is no longer clear to me why I used to worry, because I don't know anyone who didn't get a much better job after leaving IBM.
