Why would they change when there is no incentive to. keep dreaming unless you are in the club.
Anyone has got to be better than Bill! I mean the guy had to walk around with security for fear of being assaulted by an employee in an elevator again.
Out of all the potential CEOs in the world, they settled on this guy who DEMONSTRATED a complete lack of ethics and integrity... that tells you all you need to know.

Kubasik wiill be better than Bill Brown for sure... He will try to be nice to employees. The glassdoor site still says that Bill Brown is a CEO. Bill was the worse CEO in America...
This is what Kubasik said recently:

As the leading defense technology provider, we have tremendous capabilities and resources to help allies address their economic, industrial and security needs.”
Clearly, he's reciting a press release, because L3H cannot even ship customer orders that are backlogged more than a year.
This will fix everything.

I personally think it's good for the company. Bill Brown was horrible. He needs to get rid of UTC people though and bring his own guys though.
