Names or it isn't true!
@1cnk - 6 hr people in the past month? Isnt that kinda high? I have only heard of that many total this year so far.
HR can pop the pimples on my bu-t.
Go get it....40 psg 21-23 need to leave before you get that type of promotion.
My count is 6 within the past month. Recruiters see blood in the water with Chevron folks. Been receiving 3 calls a week the past 10 weeks.
Oil is projected to be 100$ next year, if that really happens, expect more people to leave across different functions.
HR jobs are a S__it Show no matter where you go in the new woke culture. Chevron just manages to be on the more extreme end of the scale. Believe it or not there are worse.
In 2021 so far i know of 5 confirmed HR resignations. Anyone have a different number?
Willing to bet this 19/20 was doing the work for an inept 23-26 but hadn’t been promoted in years because they were not in with the cool crowd. Congratulations to this person and you’re lucky to get out when you did! More to follow!
At this point I would take a pay cut just to not deal with all the bs that goes on in the function.
Lot of people are realizing their true worth. If I’m going to get worked to death and deal with a sh!t ton of stress, it might as well be somewhere else fir more money.
Who is it?
Wonderful. I've had that feedback before on my year-end closing. Five years ago, I took that as a compliment, now I realize it means that they're laughing while riding me with a saddle. "Good, little peon, keep rowing till 8pm everyday".
Got laid off? That's very sad. Sorry to hear that.
They’ll do way better externally.
