Has anyone had a legitimate talk with their manager on what they are going to do if people refuse to show their passport or get the vaccine? Or, is this their excuse to have a layoff and make themselves look better in-front of the investors and other brainwashed individuals at Fiserv?

Frank's heart is so big that he wants everyone to get the vaccine so they too can have enlarged hearts.
Lets say I take experimental gene therapy, non FDA-approved jab for COVID 19 which has a 99.9% survival rate for anyone under 70 years old and 200 lbs.
What if I'm afraid of the seasonal flu too? Can I expect all employees to wear hazmat suits and masks on site?
Anything else is irresponsible, trust the science.
what if someone comes in with a decoy mask that amplifies droplets instead of blocks them ? and then coughs all over. JSUC would still make everyone come back in anyway probably

My manager basically said "it is what it is".
When I pressed him, he said that there would be no enforcement unless the BU wants it.
The unvaxxed will walk (well, cough) among us. WFH for as long as you can.
Knowing what Fiserv HR has become, they'll almost certainly use it as ammo for layoffs. FiSlime is getting worse by the second and will no doubt flunk out of the S&P 500 soon.
