Take away pension, and drop the idea of any 401k matching, cut salaries in half and no promotions in the next 15 years. This is the price for the sin committed by those who participated in ergo pretense, power point finessing, and handrail holding.

Those who are defending mo--nic ergo and handrail activities here must be planners and EM leader wannabes. OP is right, we will rather see you all get fired to avoid PIPing "real" technical workers.
You will know things are getting better for the workers when the mildly intelligent or informative threads disappear, and you are left with threads like this.
The “idiocracy” of some of the posts on here, never mind the poor grammar and syntax, are cringe worthy….
