What's stopping me from negotiating my own contract with Nike as a 1099 as a ETW vs getting screwed over by my agency? Serious question. Why not cut of the middleman who sucks you dry? 🤔

You absolutely can and should go direct. Cut out your agency and go direct through flex/pro unlimited. I did this when I was an ETW.
