Saves by the union? Been in sam job to long

So union shop Steward makes it seniority , is he he doing fiber work ? If not why ? He is our Steward he should know what it entails. No he doesn't he wants to keep his comfy rf shift days . Instead of seniority maybe return to what we are trained on . Hide behind your BS union , decertify is the best , it's only keeping the old analog techs safe

My biggest gripe with the union was last year when #1 I put in for vacation, somehow a steward got the same week over me with less seniority and #2 when they gave us 13 days notice on a layoff (our contract states we were supposed to be given 15). When it was questioned we got "do they care about how many days notice or do they want us to save their jobs?" id--ts, I want you to follow the contract I was paying you for. Don't always trust your stewards.

Some people don’t like to do fiber, it’s not harder it’s just tedious, and boring for some, as for judging that’s the reason we’re in this predicament. You fell for the divide and conquer control tactic, you think that your saying the right things in your heart, but every one knows your just another selfish tech that thinks their the greatest. My numbers are great from fake analytics you was told not shown. When you has hired you was told by management your the future your the best don’t listen to these lazy old guys. We heard this all before on this forum scroll back a couple years come with something relevant and stop complaining about the union sorry union don’t give out bonuses. Look who is paying you and their history that’s why theirs unions here stay safe happy 4th

And out of curiosity where do you think you’re going to end up, supervisor, manager: or a su---r. I’ll give you one guess. Don’t keep the dream alive, look to leave Supervisors and mangers all cut in the last few months with no replacement. If this doesn’t tell you something I honestly don’t know what will!. Time to move on you may not like it. But you’re better off to go on your terms Not them!

So they don’t train the guy or anyone else. So is it his fault. No because none of you will be working here anymore within a year anyway. So what is your point. If you don’t see the writing on the wall. Your the dummy. Look at your trainer he knows what’s up . He trains all the contractors not you . Let that sink in

Union saved everyone laid off in Oakland/Lodi. Seniority didn't matter they all got saved the same.
