$30k raise just before pandemic

Received a $30k raise putting me firmly in upper $200k’s just before the pandemic. Good timing no?

For those who aren’t making good money I don’t know why you stay and hold out hope. I’ve never seen someone go from the have not to have group. You can flame out but doesn’t go the other way. If you aren’t on the gravy train by year two move on.

@OP.....Your situation sounds somewhat familiar. I got a 5k bump in April of '20. I was then promptly NSI'd in July. I was getting close to a CL bump at the time and doing well, rank wise. Don't get too co--y.

Raise in CL level comes with high raise %. I've personally gotten a 14k raise within 5 years just for the annual bump + increase in CL

Imagine showing off you’re a boot li---r lol. OP I’ve got one better for you, all that time I could of spent being a high performer I created a passive income stream generating me way more than $30k/year (increasing each year btw) and I’m probably half your YoE. But you keep it going, don’t forget to wipe your mouth later.

A 12.5% raise is very much real if you’re a high performer. I’ve personally received a 19% raise before.

Troll. There’s no way anyone received a $30K (> 12.5%) wage rise without being DW or one of his sycophants.
