Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

They are trying to get people to quit

People quitting left and right everyone working between 50 to 55 hrs. People servicing stores nowhere near their home. And I have been around for 20 some years we have always been a company of fixing things that are not broken but this time they have gone and thrown a damn bo-b in The mix. So many hands in the p-t it is a constant rotation issue. Quite honestly I do believe they are trying to get people to quit.

Yes, people may think it's a petty argument, but it adds up to big $$$, they want long term employees to quit for sure.

The vacation, the salary, and absolutely the payout if they want you to permanently go away.

I'm convinced!!!

the diversity thing is a sm0ke screen! its to cover up the lack of serious effort, and i am beginning to think there s a plan, to eliminate all the folks that have been around awhile so when the plug is pulled on dsd the buyout/severance packages will be a much smaller cost.
think about how many people are gone.........

Unemployment is so low right now, there are plenty of better jobs out there with companies that are looking to actually grow and not focusing on how diverse their workforce is.
