Perhaps the 'field' hiring strategy really does include truck stops... I used to work for a supervisor who had this lovely beehive ratted blond hair; the professional ensemble completed with pineapple earrings... her duties consisted of walking around all day, snapping her gum ... the complete truck stop waitress picture.
She wore hoodies and clogs too. Every day was casual Friday for her. She's never heard of 'dress for the job you want' unless she thought 'job' meant something else.

It's not even about "being fair" - it's all about L3H playing some silly reindeer games that they are a 'Diversity, Equity and Inclusion' style company, which is a total joke. If they cared that much about being fair, they would never have allowed someone to run the company who was found out to be cheating with a female colleague in the workplace.

Well, let's see... it's Diverse alright. Those who are not seen as a valued color on the wheel can forget any kind of promotion or recognition. As for Equity, well, they don't seem to care if you have any skills, so step right up and bring that waitress apron with you to your interview. And the final criterion, Inclusion... if you are a company being managed at the top by someone who was having an affair with a subordinate, I guess that's about as inclusive as it gets. Clearly, he's open to bringing a top-down approach to his managerial style.

Easy, peasy, sleazy...

I take exception to point number "6" on the list... the door is revolving, but it's with useless temps and people who used to work in retail and fast food. L3H offers them $17 an hour and these people think they've hit the lottery! They have no skills, nothing at all professional to offer and act as if they are the glue holding the place together and everyone should walk on water around them... must be the box they checked upon hire?
