Can someone post the 2021 numbers please. I got an offer for a job in one of the support functions that is apparently a "Psg 23-25" salary compensation band job, I haven't responded yet to the HR person. I would like to know more or less how high I can ask for, any info you can provide would be helpful.

No one has posted the psg bands since 2019. google those, find them on this site, and add 5% or so to base pay
Go look at levels.fyi, the PSG ranges should be somewhat close.

You know your psg number as it states in job offer, saying such a big range means you are not honest, nice try popcorn bot!
3 psgs is a very wide range. Not exact number but low range of 23 would be around 165k; high end of 25 probably $250k.
