Can we stop attacking one another when we are in this together? Younger employees are not the older employees' enemy and vice versa. For as long as we fight amongst each other, the management is rubbing their hands gleefully because that means we are not focused on them. Stop playing into their hands, please.

Boomers need to go as they seem to refuse to teach anyone else anything. I haven’t had any of them who will share there knowledge so I see no reason to keep them around as they are just a drain on the company and do not contribute to the success of younger workers.
How can someone hate an entire generation. makes no sense. and usually your parents are boomers.

I really think most of the cringe inducing boomer vs. Millenial posts are false flags meant to detract from real issues. Notice how they never get admin call outs but anything related to HW3 or above field studies do.... no one actually sits around thinking "man don't I ever hate those generation ABC/XYZ".
