The first thing that is missing when it comes to rescuing this company from hitting the rock bottom, is that decision makers need to take responsibility for the mistakes that have brought the company into this state. However, I doubt very much that they will take responsibility for their mistakes. That would be a real miracle, right?

Anyone that says this is a good place to work is lying.
Most countries are outsourcing to India. America is following behind Mexico and Canada.
Or with their sociopathic tendencies. Remember, the upper ranks are filled with losers who couldn't cut in the corporate world so they invaded the formerly predator free waters of Catholic healthcare.
