@luo Wow, I didn't know they're handing out PCP. Do you take the PCP before your PDS review or after?
If you're NRE it's worth hanging around just to make them put up with you. Stick it out man.
Just got my PCP. I’m in the Near Retirement Eligible category and “safe” from the full PIP. All the same, f&%k this place.
Does all feedback go out at the same time or do pips go first?
Spoke to my supervisor today (7/6) and was told Late September early October for my feedback session. This is at the Annandale site. I thought that was pretty far away she asked him to double check.

PIP notifications will go through until last week of July. If you are a new hire, you will only have up to 7 days to decide, so you're likely to hear about this news last week of July. If your supv/mgr marked your 1:1 as private, you're in danger. Looking at my manager's calendar, he has some marked as private.
I got this morning but my boss told me I am going to pass not to worry.

Just got a performance feedback 1:1 from my boss for next week. Swear to god they try to maximize pain and anxiety leading up to this so that the sweet release of getting pipped is actually welcome when the axe finally falls.
