Meanwhile, EC is out of touch. Using an entire conference room as a personal office is not nearly the same experience as employees. Try being at an open desk all day on client meetings and dealing with clients telling you they can't hear you on the call because of background noise. Deal with that 8 or more hours a day then you can tell me how collaboration in the office is working for us.

@qqp Conference rooms are unavailable since EC has them booked all day. Some teams require a quieter background environment. This will be a conflict between those employees and others who don't have the same needs due to unassigned seating.
There plenty of conference/meeting rooms available for use at any time that you need privacy in which to do calls. Excuse #145 in the books.
So true. They aren’t squeezed in like sardines, and all kinds of noise. many people I know up wearing headphones all day just so they can concentrate.
I guess the good news is, for the brown- nosers, , it will make it easier for them to kiss *** & get face time.
