Ahhhhh their so cute when they are young and foolish. Does anyone, and I mean anyone think this is going to work? This is coming from a company that can’t stand up a web presence for any of their products (Go ahead and google any IBM product, I’ll wait). So did you get all of the technical info you needed on that product, all of the licensing info, all of the terms, and all of the pricing, or did the last line of the web page say “contact your IBM rep”? IBM has never been able to embrace an e-commerce presence, because they have zero idea of what they sell. The labs and marketing have a moat in between them that is impassable. NOW you want to encompass that into a self service portal? GOOD LUCK with that. IBM has always been a face to face company, and every effort to go away from that has ended in disaster
