Nothing rattles my cage more.... it's been at least 13hrs of travel, you are at your connecting flight and oh "sorry sir, we have no seat available for you". Why did you sell me a ticket when there is not room for 8-10% of us? If I would have known, I would have booked with Delta.

Just take the declined boarding voucher, and don't tell mother Exxon
I liken it to t HN en pushing you off midflight only to realize the parachute you were given only works at lower altitudes. Pressure from where they kick you out breaks it, since only Exxon does business the way Exxon does. Remember, we’re ExxonMobil!
