Agreed. BOD are has-beens legacy capitalists who are greedy. I believe BOD is corrupt since they are investing in the competition: FAANG, Microsoft, etc and using IBM as a industry pawn while milking the mainframe cash cow into oblivion.
The BOD are just as bad. Arrogant and greedy.
I am very confident that in an alternate universe Jim becomes CEO of IBM...
But there are also alternate universes where IBM dominates the Cloud!
We are just living in the wrong universe!
