IBM is Losing its Non-Compete Clause effectiveness today

Biden will sign an EO banning Non-Compete clauses in the US. That's one thing IBM held over our heads to keep us from going to competitors. No longer the case after this morning. Expect many IBMers to start exiting to Microsoft and Amazon.

Indeed, Creepy Joe on track to destroy America. A dimwit who does not understand gender differences and proved it with a swipe of a pen, decimating 50 years of women’s progress in equality in sports.

Tripping along trying to “help” like a two year old, refusing to listen, and making more messes for future generations to fix.
