How long will they continue adding more work to our plate? I'm not sure how much more I'll be able to take.

Yeah, i had the same thing happen. They decided to tack on working at night without compensation. I started looking for something new within 4 months.
This sounds par for the course.
They kept adding responsibilities to my plate (that weren't assigned to the previous guy in my slot). Then, added nights and weekends(no extra compensation because I was "paid mightily"($15K less than my current position, I'm ex-FISV).
It seemed like my group liked to boast about all the extra hours they were putting in. When I visited Lake Mary, I couldn't believe the amt of people in the office past 5PM. I wanted to ask them all, "Why? That 1% raise certainly isn't worth it. And you have no opportunity to get a bonus."
I am at the age where quality of life trumps fealty to corporations that can and will sunset me at their whim. Life is too short to live otherwise.
Original poster is the exception, not the rule at Fiserv. As confirmed in a previous post, most of us are doing the BARE MINIMUM and not a minute more. If you are doing more, you are a chump and deserve to be overworked and underpaid.
Sad that HR resorts to name-calling of former CEOs. I'd take Yabuki over Frank any day.
Yapuki ‘had issues’, maybe the understatement of the century!
Put in your eight hours. What ever you don't get done will be waiting for you tomorrow.
This will allow management to determine what is actually important.
First Data logic: if you layoff enough employees you can have 10 doing the work of 50 which is a considerable expense saving across the board. Seriously, do NOT engage this issue, get out out of a firm that ONCE was very fine to work for. Oh yes Yabuki had his issues as any large firm does - see IBM. But overall not bad until the Galactic Empire took over. There are better jobs out there so do not impact your health and mental well being by hanging around. Let Fiserv crash to pieces.
I KNOW I'm not the only one who feels this way.
