Minimum wage in California will be $15 an hour January 1st 2022.
Well I hope that it’s not a flat $15. There has to be some structural PT scale, if you don’t have that there is absolutely no incentive to be a shift mgr or a lead tech.
Flat minimum of $15 isn't enough when you can go flip burgers or work at Target for that without dealing with the BS customers or patients give you, but I bet you that's that they're gonna do.
My sources say that flat minimum wage for pharm techs, certified or non-certified, is getting increased to $15 in order to help with technician retention.
Hiring at $1 more per hour over current guidelines.
Soooooo about this post. Anyone hearing this?
Raise the pay and then cut the hours. It's the CVS way!
Anyone on here know what the new minimum will be?
Can anyone confirm if this is true?
Minimum wages coincide with cost of living in area
Cost of living, bud.
Can anyone confirm this?
It’ll be interesting to see if the company sticks with the different tiers around the country or just do a flat minimum increase. There’s no reason why a pharmacist on the west side should be making the upwards to $20 per hour more then the south. Same goes for the SM there’s no reason why the max for those teams is upwards 100k a year and then the south is around 70k a year. Same job…
Minimum wage in California is $14 an hour.
