Ascension does a rotten awful job of running hospitals. What I experienced there was a national disgrace. I wish Ascension leadership would simply do what they claimed they were going to do: GET OUT OF THE HOSPITAL BUSINESS! THEY’RE LOUSY AT IT!

The class of 2018 was a good year..
All the good managers I ever worked for either got RIF'd in 2018 or went out the door with me in 2020. IMHO, the ones that are left are the theory X, rule with an iron fist, company men.
Define "good". I'm not fond of mine, but he's in the same boat that I'm in and we all have low morale because of what's going on.
Because every single one I know has no idea how to do their job.
