Communication = zero

Well there you have it. If anyone thinks our management will tell us, well dream on. There is zero communication in our club. It is a fly by the seat of your pants operation or better yet, a need to know operation. Ridiculous. I just gave a new associate a mini training on how to log onto the computer and look at her attendance, PTO, etc. She is still on probation so she has no PTO yet. I have no idea when new people start to accrue. If anyone knows, please share. She did not know about the point system. Worthless management team in our club. They are overpaid bookends...

Exactly. I try to research on the wire to find out what is happening. Communication is key to a smooth operation. I loved it when we had morning and afternoon meetings. The afternoon meetings were great. We would gather in clothing, three or four associates to a table. We would fold while our manager reported out important information. Not only were the meetings informative, they were also productive. I miss those days.
