Whoever brought up Delfi in the first place should have an ethics investigation started against them. No way this was done without some sort of conflict of interest.

“All your datas are belong to us”
Not at all. Add it to the ever growing list of fails. Hate to break the streak and actually deliver something that works, is simple to use, adds value, without much spend. Falling for the next big rouse is the chevron way.
I disagree, it will work and be glorious to have a standard data model and toolkit. Too many decad3s of id--ts in BUs with spr3adsheets,etc screwing up the work and losing the data,
JG must fulfill his glorious purpose.
I throw up a little every time someone mentions cloud, artificial intelligence, and insights.
Not surprised at all. Feel sorry for people that have to keep plugging away at this lemon.
I told my manager and one of the subsurface leaders that I didn't care about triple crown and that we were wasting money on stuff that is going to be commodity while microsoft and schlumberger experiment on us before selling it to everybody else. I said we needed to focus on what actually helps business units TODAY.
they didn't like what I said too much, and I feel like that's a career limiting move. but I am actually starting to get some signal that I will be let go the first chance they get. here is to hoping that lady gaga's retirement comes first, because Triple Crown is going to go away once that disconnected guy leaves the company. just like when everybody knew that UWT was a big waste of money, and we had to wait until the previous CTO retired to call a spade a spade. I remember when we were wrapping up UWT, and there was a celebration for all the work and achievements that came out of that program. that CTO had the guts to show up and say what a great thing it was, when it was on life support for 18 months and everyone knew it was over.
I see a similar fate for triple crown.
All the wrong people managing the project, driven by deadlines to deliver whether it's ready or not. So much similarity with the Columbia disaster !
What about Triple Crown !
All this digital and agile and other cr-p buzz words will end up in disaster, the monekys who just want copy others will fail miserably.
SLB- more smoke n mirrors, less substance. Surprise!
