Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Are you kidding me with this management???

What are the requirements to be promoted to manager at Mondelez? From what I can see, they certainly don't include people skills, knowledge of company processes, and any sort of experience. I would pay good money for one manager who would know how to answer one question I have for him or her. This is honestly ridiculous!

it would be interesting to know where you are located...because i hear on some teams everything is stiff fairly smooth while other teams are horribly shorthanded

To be promoted in this company entails a relative working here in management, or you are friends with certain people, and then they'll promote you.

It has nothing to do with doing a good job, or possessing the skills for the position.

There's a reason why people repeatedly call out nepotism and favoritism runs rampant in this company.

Nasty little click of people.

I think we all know the anwser to this. It aint based on skills or talent. Certian types of people are definatly given prefernce. Take a look on your email and see what the makeup of Management Development Associates are. If you don't look like that, then back to the cookie mines for you!
