The positions were coveted, it was hard to get hired, and we were treated decent.
Now we'll take ANYONE.
We're scraping the bottom of the barrel, and we'll take ANYONE that applies.
Well, that is if you can pass all of our stupid parameters. Clean background check, and can't smoke p-t.
You can be a sh---y employee, not do your job, call in sick all the time, not show up for work, throw 10 cases an hour, etc, and we'll take you.
It's embarrassing to say I work here now.
Our reputation as a great vendor is no longer what it used to be.
