Have you been communicated and NSI assessment? If so can you share how did it go? Meeting scheduled? 30 mins / 1hr? What was shared? Trying to see if there are any patterns.

Was scheduled a week before the rest of my team and the people above me kept asking about when I’m planning time off in the next few months (new family member on the way). Kinda knew it when no one was making eye contact and were being awkward…
I didn't take it on the spot, I told them I'd have to think about it and join hunted the entire time and signed the very last day.
I'd like to hear stories about people who stood firm and said, you can't make me sign that.
For the PIPt, it's a script.
