I have noticed that some Business Units have not scheduled PDS feedback sessions? Have they been told to wait to deliver the results? Why are they waiting?

Probably too much attrition and they are panicking
Some last minute scrambles when all the statistics came out.
For example:
At least one son-in-law has to go.
The army veteran with the wolf-whistle/shoulder-touching problem has to stay.
The spectrometry expert that munched on Exec's appetizers - no one to replace her.
A couple of units were down to only BYU and TAM grads - looked shaky.
And on and on.
And the idea of 8% PIPs is across the board.
Some groups more like 20% or higher.
Chaff.
Ours are this month - reading the tea leaves (time of day? Day of month? room location??) whether to expect a PIP conversation or not. Recent experience of peers in last year's results indicates that current rank position doesn't really matter wrt PDS results. Is it just me who is looking for signs? Am I paranoid? Or secretly hoping to get PIP'ed so I can leave the sinking ship without having to take touch decision...
XOM will soon fail!!!!
they need HR to help give guidance on how to handle NSI & MLRP. So if they communicate now to those who are not NSI, the one who didnt get their feedback will know they are in NSI. it varies from country to country
I was told by my supervisor to expect end of September early October
Waiting for all lists to be finalized before moving forward with communications per Hr process guidance. Some have got ahead.
