Ever since their hard on about the office I dusted up my resume and within a month I moved to a well known tech company for more $ and perm WFH! 15 years in bofa and it was the happiest i've been working from home. Their lack of flexibility or to listen to high performers will hopefully send waves out the door!
The last call with Cathy on the DFW townhall i submitted a question about WFH and they never picked it. The question was, will you do a survey on WFG on what associates would prefer so that we can do the best for our communities and our company?
