Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Pay policy, stepping down.

Stepping down, and was wondering about the pay decrease? Do the amount of years you’ve been there play into the factor of the 2% increases received over the years. Obviously excluding the base pay bumps over the years.

I was a lead and stepped down in less than a year. I went from 13.50 to 18.00 as a lead. When I stepped down, I went to 16 something.

If you are a lead and have been in your role for less than a year, your pay goes back to what it was. If over a year, you lose 10%. I had a produce making 20/hr go to merchandiser now making 18/hr
