Dress code change.

Why is there no screen print shirts but colored hair allowed? Makes no sense.

So are the shirts we sell at Sams good to wear. Like the Under Armour shirts.

In our club a MIT is wearing screen print so why can’t hourly associates?

We had a lot of associates wearing BLM and MAGA apparel. We called home office to ask them if we had to ask them to stop or if it was okay for them to wear it so we knew how to respond should the need arise. It was determined that home office was not preventing people from wearing these items and was okay if they did.

That's been policy for years. Just depends on if management wants to enforce.just like no open back shoes and no shorts above arms down length

Funny how you assume it's to prevent BLM merchandise.

Maybe it'd to prevent MAGA merchandise.

I researched the wire today. I found no evidence of a policy change regarding the dress code.

here is the reason for no screen prints... they are stopping BLM issues before they arise, they know if they allow blm there will be trouble. so simply zero screen prints... no Christian tees no pride tees... nada...
