Salaries will not be increasing, if they do it will be petty increases, insulting and shameful like the ‘nid year’ gimmick.

BTC - leave this place as soon as possible, just like the managers are leaving. Attrition is at all time high but no one talks about it to not impact ‘morale’, this company is done and is not worth the wait due its toxic culture and people in leadership.

There is only lies and deception, all campus hires have been fooled, all experience hires are from third grade companies and talentless from lower paid unknown companies

For them this is heaven, you can spot these losers on yammer singing manager’s praises and yammer R&R posts

I am a campus hire in ‘Global’ Projects (excel management, Houston folks can’t do that basic stuff as well ) and its the worst here,100s added every year is the success story, mass recruitment in trucks is the achievement,

we see through the lies in all these stupid employee forums and management meetings, we are not foolish

Everyone I know is getting ready to leave, and will leave, Exxon on resume..check.

In sometime Exxon brand will also not matter, its already declining or had no value anyway in India

Pathetic company that forces people to come to office in pandemic and has managers recite poetry on safety and holding handrails, hypocritic liars

No hope no future here dont expect things to change, the more you talk to people here the more you will realise

After the Insulting pay raise for some (not all received a raise) here we go again with a rushed return to office
For those who don’t know, at BTC one has to wear a mask the entire work day only removing when you have lunch or take a sip of water. This happened during both of the past return to office failures and will be the policy again, get caught not wearing a mask and you’ll be threatened with disciplinary action. Maybe the new manager will be better at handling this..

Fukalls successful career in predicting safe RTOs every week and extending it every 2 weeks, got him a "Special Assignment" with the VP. Must be another name for BTC RTO planning advisor.

It is sad that he left his lap dog behind. Bryan Brice is still howling every week. Nothing to lick since his master has left him. Truly heartbreaking. Thinking of donating my 5% hike to get him a good haircut and a mentor for his poetry
