Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Let the Churn Begin

So funny, I've made several comments and shared views on here since leaving HW Aero last yr as part of the massive RIF. The leadership of this company, led by one mad dog continues to self serve and make an absolute mess of once a good company. KS lasted a long time in role leading ISC didn't he. MMs track record of keeping a team together is atrocious, no one wants to work for this guy, yet he gets promoted to the top of the heap. He continues to blame everyone but himself for the poor performance. In the last 6 years he's been in more prominent aero roles, PD has gone through the roof, customer deliver declined, employees are more unhappy than ever, he openly shared protected data with the world. I'll be smiling when he falls off his high horse and has no one left to blame for being a pompous a-ho-e.

He should be sued for both his money and his horse.

Even if he falls off of his horse, he'll be plenty rich.

I have been gone about a year from Aero ISC. What happened to KS?

DA put him there, and that speaks volumes about both DA and MM.

The role of the empty suit is simply to remove as many better-paid positions as possible, through offshoring or contracting. Competence or humanity simply don't enter the picture. Today's Tex Trade worker is truly against the ropes.

The best way to avoid dealing with poor performance and deflect the real cause for poor performance......change leaders. KS was supposed to be the savior for ISC with all of his automotive experience and was sent to Phx by DA himself. I guess all the hype was lost and Ken probably realized that you can not teach a Mad Dog new tricks. Time to put the dog outside and let him fend for himself in the desert.

I worked way too close to MM to see how he operates and I think you'd be hard pressed to find anyone that truly respects him, except the young leaders he's surrounded himself with to serve as bobble heads or HR. What these young leaders fail to understand, just a matter of time before you'll be blamed for his lack of leadership and people skills.
