I’m a current employee who has had att vdsl home internet at 45 mbps down and 15 mbps up for the last 15 years or so. I’ve been a loyal employee for years but I finally gave up. I want faster internet. I recently dumped my home internet for 5g t-mobile home internet for only 50 bucks a month! No hidden fees or extra charges. I now get fiber like gigabit speeds wirelessly. I gotta tell you…it’s a great product. It’s sad that att can no longer compete with t-mobile. Not even with the employee discount. If they can’t hold onto me , with a 50 percent discount , then I think att is going to find itself the next Sprint. This wireless home internet is the future. It’s great that att is finally ramping up fiber deployment but I think it’s too little too late. My neighborhood is just one of millions that att has chosen to ignore and neglect for decades. Now they’re going to suffer as t-mobile steals those customers.

That's their business plan. They have contempt for employees, customers, and shareholders, a triple play! It's amazing what T leadership thinks is a successful company, I guess you can spin anything. Stankey and his soldiers are clueless.
