The question is “is it ok” not “can they”.
Such as eminent domain is legal and can be done, but that does not make it right.
Yes. Employers can legally mandate vaccinations.
So far nothing is approved by the FDA yet, so vaccines are still considered in a testing phase.
And then should you receive any of the “rare” side effects from company mandating you get the vaccine, you can turn around an sue publicly which in turn damages the brand and brings into light exactly what companies can and cannot demand via bully tactics or not.
Yes as long as the employer provides ample communication about the policy, provides opportunity for on-site vaccinations, and applies the policy to everyone.
That’s how lawsuits get started and millions get paid. LOL
