With Optum acquisitions, what departments do they lay off first? Do billing/revenue cycle departments become obsolete? Will these jobs be outsourced??

"The CEO salary was 52 million while people struggling to afford cost and the government does nothing about it!" yes, the US empire was build on hustling and huckstering.
Big layoff in billing and collections. No one can say anything or risk losing severance package. Watch for Aug 16
Every year United healthcare and optumrx are in a legal battle with Doctors, Pharmacies and customers. Not to mention they have very low ratings.
United healthcare CEO just posted Q2 earnings. The company including OptuRx exceeded expectations while people are sick and dying from covid 19. Not to mention healthcare prices skyrocketing including prescription dr-gs. The CEO salary was 52 million while people struggling to afford cost and the government does nothing about it!
Hopefully Clinicals, (Clinical support team, Opas, Salesforce Team, Data Analysts etc ) are next to go snd outsourced to India or the Phillipines in total .
