Lily should be asking for employee feedback during difficult times . To ID managers who are no benefit to society , the company or to the people working around them . ......when layoffs are needed to cut cost due to bad business decisions by upper management .

I remember the Lilly-meeting well. Ralph was president of mobile at that time. He was giddy about Lilly. We employees, not so much and not happy when leadership heaps praise on a celebrity and then continues beating on the staff for morale improvement.
Csuite was so proud of Lilly when she debuted that she was trotted out on stage in a corp wide townhall. Such a demoralizing episode to extol the contributions a minor celebrity to the thousands of us sweating the exertion of the daily grind. That Csuite is nowall but gone except for JS.
Dude, she is an actress, just leave her alone.
If you really want to give her a better role, form a production company, get your script together and start knocking on studio executive doors for funding.
arent we all Lily, dont objectify me but i want as much exposure as i can get. wuh?
That commercial was totally funny. Love it.
I could care less about her but to to have a commercial have her use a permanent marker on a dry erase board makes her look like an idt. Which just really translates into who are the idts that we hire to make commercials.
Lily will be checking rubber gloves and FVD’s.
I love Lily. I will never leave AT&T as long as she it there doing those awesome spots on TV.
Lily needs to just go away.
Lily should worry about get equipment to sell in the COR stores! No accessories, no phones etc! Then on top of that opus IPads "used" that will not perform and the list goes oh! Ge-z. Its so so horrible to try and complete a transaction! Embarassing to customers!
This pretty much ranks on the bottom of what employees should be concerned about
" infatuated with her." ?? Ok, maybe a little..........
Lily should tell you to stop whining about nonsense. And you will listen cuz you know you are infatuated with her.
It’s inappropriate and misguided to question why a PR ad, paid performer, doesn’t focus on your personal concerns about the business within ATT. Perhaps you need to educate yourself on who the real movers and shakers are that can invoke changes within corporations.
As far as managers who have little value to society….a bit harsh comment. Perhaps now is a good time for you to seek employment elsewhere..,,just a thought.
