Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

How do we voice our concerns??

All the tech companies have their own internal social network. I doubt anything useful or open inflagscape for us to do the same to voice our concerns and needs about WFH. They want to shut our word down and keep us quiet...

There was a very active social network before it was shut down and we were told that Connections would be the replacement. It’s a shame because a lot of useful job-related information was being shared. Nothing confidential, just a lot of “how to” among the conversations.

Someone send BM, CB and the others links to these pages. It would certainly open their eyes to what we really feel.

With your feet.

There is no employee forum, b/c mngt does not want to hear our concerns (aka whining).

They really just don't care and prefer people leave, so they can reduce expenses and keep saying "we haven't laid off anyone" and are supporting the economy.

ESAT survey is the closest I can think, but the bank never intends to address real employee concerns. Those surveys are heavily slanted to make the company seem Like a great place to work. There is no real value in them for the employees. There is no democracy in the process. It's a total authoritarian leadership. the pandemic has opened my eyes and no longer believe in the mission of this company.

BM & management would ignore it any way. Just use it as a tool to find the malcontents and non believers of the party line. Besides I'm sure someone at BOA monitors this board. They already know a large number of associates don't want to return to the office.
