I haven’t had any in person interactions other than the 1:1s with my supervisor. Everyth8ng is on zoom but I’m still required to spend an hour getting ready to be uncomfortable on zoom calls all day

It is because DW is not convinced with the dated EMIT tech whether it can effectively support all WFH employees. BK what do you say bro?
It is the absolute incompetence of management. Simply let your talented and hardworking employees work from home. Then pay them less.
The people who are required to be on site due to their roles, pay them more.
What a ridiculous company to pay both classes of workers the same. Anyone with a brain would clearly choose the simpler job. DW clearly chose the simplest job with no accountability.
