Thread regarding Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) layoffs

Top talent is leaving

And D&B is doing nothing to stop them. I'm not sure why that's the case, especially knowing that most are probably going to our competitors who are more than happy to take them in and use their knowledge and experience to the fullest. I really wish the management would pull their heads out of their behinds and actually do something about this.

“Zoom Info is welcome to have our cast-offs.”

I’m a wild plot twist, it seems as though ZoomInfo is in fact, not welcome to have “your cast offs”. At least not based on the cease and desist that you sent the “castoffs.”

They are having trouble finding quality sales people because they sacrifice and outsource service and vital processes in order to shave a few bucks for the big man. I mean didn’t the President just resign too? Guess he got his grandkids money and dishonorably discharged, saw that coming.

Any who, managers are leaving because pieces of upper mgmt are about as useful as ti-s on a full grown bull. Enjoy the rodeo!

I worked here for a few years and it was good for awhile. It had been miserable for a while so I decided to get out. The only thing they kept me was some of the people and friends I had made. I just heard two of their best managers left. I would imagine others will follow them. Very few good leaders left at this company. Judging by some of the responses defending the company, they are in desperation mode and can’t do anything but bad mouth people who are speaking the truth

seriously
"Top talent being rewarded by having untrained reps who are there for 60 days reach the same salary and position they are at after 6 years ?"

This is obviously coming from an under-performer who does not understand how sales work. Hit your numbers to EARN your keep!

It seems you need to understand the definition of castoff. Take a look below.
Castoff-
adjective
thrown away; rejected; discarded:
noun
a person or thing that has been cast off.

Nowhere in that definition do I see anything that states "left on their own accord for more money."

I hope this clears things up for you :)

Signed,

A former employee who got out months before it really hit the fan.

Top talent being rewarded by having untrained reps who are there for 60 days reach the same salary and position they are at after 6 years ? Washing them out.. Then expecting said tenured reps to close all the new reps deals and do their work for them since they are, well untrained to close deals or even conduct a call ? Nice biz model , sounds like a puppy mill. Hey “top performers”, thank you for your years of service - now pick up the slack for the corners we cut to save money .

Helluva reward system

Good response JT or whichever other leader posted this response. Two of your most beloved managers just left. Were they dead weight? If thats what you think of some of the people who recently left for more money I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with you. Several others are unhappy. DNB's most tenured reps are looking for a way out and you can't hire fast enough to replace the people who are leaving. What stock grants are you talking about? Not that it matters, the stock is down $6 since it launched. I applaud whatever captain responded for at least going down with the ship.

Poster obviously is part of the problem at DnB. Top talent is being rewarded, it is the dead weight that is leaving. For those who are performing, salary increases and bonuses are generous. As are stock grants.Zoom Info is welcome to have our cast-offs.
