Has date been set yet for returning to the offices in Houston?

Oh, goodness. I remember a year ago, we were "whispering" that we may not be back in the office until Labor Day, 2020. Now it looks like if it's not October 1, it may as well be 2022. Nobody counted on the Delta variant and the vaccine hesitant. I know I'll get a bunch of thumbs-down from the 'enlightened', but you have to be really stupid not to be vaccinated by this point. The conspiracy stories about mRNA are just laughable to anyone beyond a high school education.

If they delay until Oct it makes sense to just slide it to 2022.

A delay would be good for IT. We can keep blaming our sh!tty agile / re-org results on Covid and WFH for a little longer.

Next week they will announce a 4-6 week delay in return to office.

well IT is confusing because one platform manager says we have to go in. And then other leaders say that you can be flexible and it's a phased approach. work it out with your PO, so it sounds like it'll not be a requirement to really return to office.

If you haven't been informed, you don't need to worry about it.
