Look at other posts. We know it’s happening in sept. After Kyndryl split.

Applied for a role... FLM, SLM gave me the nod... by the time HR got to it, doing background check, headcount was reduced... didn't get the position.

Nobody knows… but it will happen at some point before the end of the year for sure. Some folks thinks it will happen in August… again let’s see what happens. Unfortunately, when you work for IBM you always need to be ready to get the bad news, and it applies to anyone, young/old, ugly/pretty, I will leave it to that…
