Does anyone know how to receive a membership card for being a long term associate after retirement?

I quit after 24 years and got mine oh 2 months afterwards. Just contacted home office at the above e -mail address . I don't think they quit giving them out to 20 year associate's & you can't use Walmart one after you have quit !

Also, if you wait until after you ‘retire’ to submit the paperwork you WILL have problems later. The program info clearly states the online form needs to be submitted 30 days before your last day of work. It is not something that is ‘turned on free’ every year as someone posted, and it is not supposed to be done after you leave as someone else posted. Both of those solutions can be done but that is the long, wrong, and harder way. Sorry, but I’m just trying to help.

Search “Alumni Membership” on Walmart One.
Starts at 15 yrs service if you are under 55 years old, have to wait for the 20 year mark if you are over 55 years old. I just submitted one last month for an associate.

I was told that the company canceled this hold this program I just hit my 20 years and they said I'm not eligible because they stopped it.
I'm not sure if this is fact because we get so much wrong information.

I got the form to fill out off somebody on this sight, so I sent it in to home office didn't hear back. So I sent in another one same thing no response. So I e-mailed home office about it and addressed it to personal, got and e-mail back they had to put it in the system and now mine is good only through 2037. If your former manager is willing to do it for you then go that way, if not just e-mail home office and put lifetime membership on there also. There # 918-627-1443 . Good Luck

You have to renew it freely every year. Just confirm that all of your information is still the same.

You're membership is free for life if you leave the company after 20 years of service, or if you just retire from Sam's Club. If you just retire from Sam's Club than it doesn't matter how many years that you've been employed with them.

The club manager completes an online form for you after you leave the company
