It is sad, but not receiving promotion speaks more about someone's valuable and dedicated work than actually getting promoted. I don’t care at all, I'm not envious and I’m definitely leaving here soon, but they should be wondering what message they are sending to other employees by always promoting the wrong people.

LOL, uneventful? You think you can keep up with this old timer? I hike a minimum of 8 miles a day on Sat. & Sun, all done in a few hours and then i may choose to ride my bike or play a few rounds of handball over at memorial park. It's good exercise for a healthy life style, i mean YOU called me "gramps" not even knowing that i am under 50 yrs. old, so your parents must be like "ancient" ?

You don't get the folks that love this company? You must still be wet behind the ears boy. Have you ever worked anywhere else? I mean work, not sit at a desk and play on your computer or phone. I mean learn what the company is all about from the ground up. When you do that, you'll grow a relationship with a company, you'll gain respect in that company. Love brother!!

What I think is funny is how oldtimer and people like yourself come to this site to read derogatory posts and yet have time to post against all those people that have issues with the company. I understand the venting from all these people but just don’t get the folks that love this company and why they bother to waste their precious time. To you they may be promoting the wrong guys but in their eyes, they have the right one.
