Yes, useless.
He didn’t quit, he was fired.
We had that Turban wearing guy for about 6 months, he was going to get it sorted. He quit.
Too late, pray for privacy/security to make folks rethink.
Most people (especially younger folk) don't associate Cisco as being a cloud company. It's a shame though.
AWS, Azure, and Google have been spending billions of dollars each year over the last decade in the cloud space.
That ship has sailed.
Remember when Chuck personally called aws ceo Andy when aws was trying to get into the networking space ? chuck is scared of losing customers in the legacy switches / networking space
Best strategy is to support Azure, AWS & Kubernetes using solutions like IMM with UCS/Switches/routers. There are more possibilities and being worked on actively. It is winning strategy to leverage success of MS/Amazon/Google. Synergy is strategy not direct competition.
Become a subsidiary of Alibaba Group, it's too late the company is becoming increasingly irrelevant in the cloud space and out of touch with customers
